New Sermon Series

Beginning Sunday, November 15th
Jesus gives hope in times of difficulty.

We all need to know that He gives hope in the midst of suffering because living as a Christian may cost you far more than you ever imagined. Living out your Christian faith may cause you to lose a lot. Living as a Christian may mean you will endure more suffering and difficulties. But Christians have a living hope! So despite our sometimes wearisome life we have a hope that endures. Hope is found in Christ who strengthens and keeps those who trust in Him.

The book of 1 Peter will strengthen us, comfort us and guide us in how to practically live out our Christian lives in a culture that is cold to Jesus. It answers questions on how we have loving relationships, how to have a strong marriage, how to live under the government, what church leaders should live like, and how to fight in spiritual battles to name a few.

1 Peter is a book that is written for us today to know and follow. Come, be encouraged in how to live out a full Christian life.

Christmas 2020

December 20th & 21
Summit will be having THREE Christmas services so that our church family can worship together without having to sign up for a wait list.

We will meet Sunday, December 20th at 9 & 11 AM for our Christmas service with an additional evening service on Monday, December 21 at 6 PM.

We encourage you to plan ahead and consider who you will invite to rejoice with us as we celebrate Jesus.

Small Groups

Fall Semester
We are currently in our Fall semester!  We have several new groups and many continuing groups.

It's never been easier to join a small group than it is right now! Sign up, invite a friend and connect to your church family here at Summit. We will be continuing to meet via Zoom until it is safe to gather again.

Sundays, 9 & 11 AM
We are meeting at 9 and 11 AM every Sunday!

We broadcast the 11 AM service online live at Church Online weekly for those who cannot attend in person.

We request that you register here for in person services so that we can be set up chairs for appropriate social distancing. Please be sure to register each member of your household who will be attending. In the event that both services are full, please sign up on our wait list and we will register you on a first come first service basis for your preferred service. In the event that we cannot register you, you will have priority registration for the following week!

Preschool age kids meet for lunch, fellowship & Bible story at our Lunch Club Zoom meetings on Fridays at 11:30!

Explorers Disciple Zone is for our 3-5th graders and meets on Wednesdays, alternating weeks on Zoom and in person at the church! Zoom meetings are from 4-5 PM, in person meetings are 5-6:30 PM.

*Note – The in-person gatherings will be held in the main sanctuary of the church and proper social distancing guidelines will be followed. Masks will be worn. Our Jr. High and High School Youth Group has been meeting in person for a few weeks and have been able to have fun, learn from God’s word, and have some social interaction. We plan on the same with our Explorers.
