Hope for Those Experiencing Depression

Depression sets in and it feels like there is no end in sight. The suffocating weight makes life a dull monotony without hope.
So where we turn is vital for our lives. You are in a crossroads.
Psalm 42 & 43 do not sugar coat the difficulties, but it does offer true hope for the depressed. We learn where to go. We learn about the ups-and-downs that we have to battle through in a fight for hope.
God does not leave us and He is the One who provides the way through.
