Who We Are
Mission Statement
Summit Kids exists to anchor children to gospel truth and equip them to follow Jesus.
Vision
We commit to promote the safety, belonging, Biblical literacy, and theological competency of children both during our Sunday morning services and in our life together as the Body of Christ.
My people, hear my instruction; listen to the words from my mouth. I will declare wise sayings; I will speak mysteries from the past—things we have heard and known and that our ancestors have passed down to us. We will not hide them from their children, but will tell a future generation the praiseworthy acts of the Lord, his might, and the wondrous works he has performed. He established a testimony in Jacob and set up a law in Israel, which he commanded our ancestors to teach to their children so that a future generation—children yet to be born—might know. They were to rise and tell their children so that they might put their confidence in God and not forget God’s works, but keep his commands. Then they would not be like their ancestors, a stubborn and rebellious generation, a generation whose heart was not loyal and whose spirit was not faithful to God.

April Unit

This Month’s Unit Title Is: New Life
This month’s unit, New Life, teaches kids that God is our Redeemer who rescues, restores, and brings new life through Jesus.
Biblical Literacy: Our stories this month teach kids that God makes all things new. In Jesus we are given a fresh start and a new beginning. Through His death on the cross, He offers us new life — restored, redeemed and full of hope. One day He will renew all of creation, making everything whole again. Only Jesus has the power to make all things new. Only He can save us. Our monthly memory verse comes from John.
Preschool Monthly Memory Verse: For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son. (John 3:16)
Elementary Monthly Memory Verse: For God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16)
