Joshua’s Men is a two year discipleship program that runs in conjunction with our small group ministry. It is for Christian men to grow in godly character and spiritual leadership for the purpose of intentionally becoming more like Jesus and experiencing all God desires of us as men. (Do one, or both - it's up to you)
Who should be a part of Joshua’s Men?
Any Christian man with a desire to have a heart after God.
Why should men apply?
So many men do not know how to live godly lives – they’ve never seen it modeled, they feel inadequate. The purpose of Joshua's Men is to empower men to take seriously the call to godliness and direct their energy toward the things that matter most.
We encounter 17 areas of life over the two semesters: purity, marriage, fatherhood, friendship, mind, devotion, prayer, worship, integrity, tongue, work, perseverance, church, leadership, giving, witness, and ministry.
[Optional: Personal consultation/coaching for healthy living. Become healthier in your weight and other unhealthy patterns (i.e. sleep, overwork, etc.).]
What does a Joshua’s Men meeting look like?
There are no more than fifteen men involved in Joshua’s Men. When we gather we meet for dinner, a particular lesson aimed at godliness for men and prayer.
Length:
Joshua’s Men Block One begins January 23rd - April 30th (running in line with the Small Group Ministry).
Meeting Time:
Joshua’s Men meets every 2nd and 4th Thursdays's of the month at Pastor John's home.
2nd Thursday with dinner: 6:30 - 9:00 PM
4th Thursday dessert only: 7:00 - 9:00 PM

Cost:
The total for Block One of Joshua’s Men spiritual leadership is: $100. That includes dinner on the first meeting of the month, dessert on the second gathering of the month as well as a Joshua's Men shirt. Each individual is responsible for purchasing their own book.

- Meet regularly with a Prayer partner from the group
- Complete a minimum of seventeen resolutions for your life
- Summer Retreat Weekend (June 12 – 14)
